The financial support includes rent, furnishings, other household goods, personal hygiene, education, transportation, utilities, internet, phone, and other living expenses. Grants are gifts (typically up to ~ $1,200) intended to help a family or individual over a financial hurdle and help them on their path to independence. Recipients are no longer being assisted financially by an organization or agency and the grants typically help with classes, childcare, trainings, uniforms, household supplies or medication, school supplies, emergency rent, moving expenses etc. 19425 19425 0 We also provide grants of $2,000 or $3,000 that specifically target food and housing insecurity for local groups of refugee families.
