In addition to hosting CCA's Offices, the Musgrave Street property would provide two 1-bedroom living space to two of our women volunteers; both women lost their jobs in the wake of Covid-19. Further, CCA incorporated the Women Capital International (WCI) CDFI project, and Children of Pennsylvania - a proposed STEM education pilot for children of the East Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. Although CCA has helped to create STEM education and other children programs over the years, the Children of Pennsylvania would be our first in_house children education project. Pt XI In 2020, CCA net cash on hand grew from $10,000 at begining of the year to $24,850 at end of year - an increase or adjustment of $14,850. Pt VI, Line 8b As of now the only the Board of Directors have the authority of governance,the individual committes do not have govenring authority. Pt VI, Line 11b The governing body of CCA has given James Kerkula the right and responisibilty of reviewing the process from start to finish of the form 990. Pt VI, Line 12c The Board of Doirectors regularly reviews the policy on a quarterly and annually basis and makes sure that each management personel is adhering to the governing policy within their department.
