We purchase coats and warm clothing for the less fortunate and working poor. We have helped many needy people and are very careful to make sure that they are truly needy and that they are using the money properly. (For instance, we make out utility checks directly to the utility company and rental checks to the rental company) Food certificates are kept to give to families in times of emergency. Form 990 EZ Part III The Macedonian Ministry is just that: A ministry to help people who are poor or handicapped and in need--often in an emergency. We do not have office space and even our supplies (Such as paper, computer and stamps) are donated All gifts to the ministry are receipted once a year by the bookkeeper at her own expense 990 EZ Part IV We do not have employees. No one is compensated by the Ministry for any expenses they encounter. We are all volunteers
