Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a Any Board member or BAA member can nominate individuals to serve on the Board. The Executive Committee reviews nominations and determines Board needs. The individuals recommended by the Executive Committee are then brought to the full Board for approval. In addition to the nominated members, the Bylaws of the BAA stipulate that the Athletic Director shall be a voting member of the BAA Board of Directors. The Executive Committee has limited authority to review and nominate new directors for election by the full Board of Directors.
