About 25% of volunteers receive financial assistance from $500 to $3,800 each year. An applicant's parents complete the Financial Assistance application available on their AMIGOS Dashboard for consideration. The Houston Chapter provides need-based financial assistance with distribution determined by family income, number of dependents, and economic circumstances. Qualified applicants are selected and receive assistance as deductions on family fee payments.
