To accomplish this, we actively coordinate and carry out initiatives including drives to collect food, clothes, shoes, toys, hygiene products and other accessories that we later donate to the communities at our different giveaway events and workshops. We also have established partnerships with different stores to collect donations of assorted goods to be distributed in the communities in need. Our achievements include providing personalized tutoring sessions, tailoring lessons to meet each student's individual needs and learning styles. We track and assess student progress to ensure they are making improvements in their academic performance. This occurs because the organization heavily rely on volunteer and there is no compensation for any of the officers, directors. The two volunteer most of their time to the organization work and this helped create a supportive and collaborative environment. It also made it easier to communicate and coordinate schedules, leading to increased efficiency. When our organization was newly created, it was easier to get help from families, neighbors, relatives who can easily volunteer their time for the organization's cause. However, the organization has some policies in place to mitigate potential conflicts of interest and that restrict the direct supervision or involvement of one family member in the work of the other.
