We pay one contractor to handle the registrations and related items and we provide her with a 1099. Other expenses include payment to the hotel for room rental, all food and beverages, reception costs, door prize gifts in which no compensation was received from attendees, travel expenses for Board members, and cost for annual meeting as required, website administration and improvement, and other misc. office expenses for the organization.
