<ExplanationTxt>(28) From January to August, "Deborah's Dance Party" was held weekly on Facebook Live for ages 8 and up, offering fun, simple dances from various cultures, modified for dancing at home. During song breaks, an uplifting song was taught, and participants were encouraged to sing along. About once a month, professional singer/songwriters from varied backgrounds and cultures, including Grammy-nominated and award-winning singers, were brought in as special guest song leaders and shared information about their culture. While marketed to our Dancing Well community and to the miliary community at large, these events were open to all. In August 2023 the final Dance Party was held, in preparation for the return of weekly in-person dancing. 163 recorded Dance Party videos, approximately one hour in length, are now available on Facebook for viewing or dancing anytime.</ExplanationTxt>

For safety, events were held first outside, then in open-air pavilions and eventually indoors in spacious rooms, In September 2023, Dancing Well resumed weekly in-person dances. Sixty people attended the graduation ceremony for the first in-person dance series of ten held after the pandemic, a record number for a Dancing Well event. This series was also the most diverse in racial and age makeup that Dancing Well has had.</ExplanationTxt>
