The at-large board members would serve one year to provide rotation within the board. The City Archivist and Executive Director of the AHCA will serve as non-voting members of the Executive Committee. Pt VI, Line 11b AHCA has a detailed review of its annual 990. The Executive Committee review the draft with the preparing CPA, answers questions and makes adjustments.
