The members shall have no right to any management of or control over operations of the Association, which shall be governed exclusively by the Board of Directors of the Association. The Association shall have the authority to admit members in the following class: A. Class A Non-Voting Members. The Association shall have authority to admit members as Class A Non-Voting Members, which shall have no authority or right to vote on any matter regarding or relating to the Association.
