<ExplanationTxt>Part 1.16 Other Expenses: Other expenses included $1,402 in Dues and Subscriptions, $20 in Fees (Bank, Processing, Etc.), $4,240 in Food and Beverage expenses (for both programming and fundraising purposes), $68 in Insurance expenses, $1,667 in Marketing Expenses, $708 in Office Supplies, $1,149 in Other Supplies, and $3,448 in Technology, Furniture, and Equipment expenses (primarily programming purposes). Other Expenses totaling $12,702. Part 3: Healing in the Margins piloted its three primary programs in 2023, beginning with Clinicians in the Margins. The importance of beginning with Clinicians in the Margins programming is rooted in the Organizations ripple effect blueprint which begins with 1.) education and healing for clinicians from historically oppressed identities, which helps to create 2.) care and sustainability for clinicians serving their own communities, which is necessary in order to provide 3.) competent and safe mental health care. Within this third layer, the Organization also operates both Clients in the Margins and Competency in the Margins programming. Clients in the Margins helps to provide BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community members with access to this competent and safe mental health care, while Competency in the Margins programming strives to ensure the whole of our community providers understand what it means to actually be competent and safe. Beyond the third ripple of competent and safe mental health care is the ultimate aim of Healing in the Margins, which is 4.) flourishing mental health for our community.</ExplanationTxt>
