Since its inception in 2012, the BHPN has served more than 10,000 clients annually and in 2021 provided families nearly 3 million service hours. Following a year of unexpected change and a great deal of unknowns, 2021 built upon the work of 2020 that allowed us to successfully pivot to a remote-based workforce and begin to build and normalize a hybrid-approach to both business and clinical operations. As part of this, we introduced several new agile business structures and practices to ensure we could continue to adapt to the evolving pandemic and to meet the needs of families delivering outcomes-based care with flexible options to meet people where they are. We leveraged our technology and innovation experts to introduce new modalities of care via our myBrightlink family companion app. MyBrightlink has 3300 users and continues to attract more interest given its parent training modules, expertly curated content, family fun activities and more. Given the stresses related to the pandemic, climate change, political division, and social strife, we began to put tremendous focus on supporting our teams' wellbeing and that of the individuals and families we serve.
