ACCOMPLISHMENTS: This year BAO served more than 1.8 M older, disabled and low-income adults and their caregivers through a portfolio of novel outdoor, educational, cultural and evidence-based socialization programs. The goals of the programs are to prevent future illnesses, stabilize existing chronic conditions and create a healthy environment for all of us to live. We partnered with Vista Center for the Blind and Alzheimer's Association to provide their clients novel multisensory programs. BAO outperformed on every measure and received very positive qualitative feedback from clients.
