While visiting the center members can watch television programs on the main lobby television, They can use one of the personal computers the center has available, craft projects are occasionally offered by the volunteers or the center members to teach anyone who wants to learn a new art skill. Two meals (breakfast and lunch) are provided daily for members, they can either eat at the center or take a meal in a container with them. Food is purchased from our local grocery stores and prepared at the center, prepared food is purchased from the Fairbanks Senior Center & Food can also be donated by the members or the Local Food Bank. Normal Business Care & Prudence was followed: We were wronged by our previous bookkeeper, who is now deceased in which a lot of our important documents and laptop are currently being held for investigation because she was murdered. We are still in the process of trying to recover what has been lost and in the process of moving past this unfortunate circumstance.
