The agreement will also set a timetable of required periodic reports (usually quarterly reports will be required, but the agreement may provide for more or less frequent reports depending on the information and assessment needs of Al-Anwar). Depending on the significance of the proposed activities and the value of the grant made by Al-Anwar, the agreement may require for field assessments of the grantee organization's activities by officers or other personnel of Al-Anwar. Transfers of funds and resources to grantee organization will be conditioned on the periodic reporting requirements, as well as benchmarks outlined in the agreement between Al-Anwar and grantee organization. At the completion of the granting period, a final report on the use of grant funds will be made by grantee organization and a final assessment will be made by Al-Anwar. Al-Anwar will maintain a database of information for all participants in its grant-making process. The database will be continuously updated with periodic reports and assessments made by the grantee organization and Al-Anwar.
