However, the outbreak of Covid-19 had a drastic effect on our operations. There was significant burnout within our organization, resulting in the loss of several operational teams and board members. We even considered closing down some of our key tech labs. Despite these challenges, the community's need for our services grew even higher with the spread of Covid-19, and the digital divide became even greater. The remaining team members have been focusing on keeping the organization alive and providing services, with accounting and operational filing becoming a secondary priority. We are now seeking to rectify this and bring the organization back to a full operational capability while complying with all local and federal regulations. This is why we are currently behind on these filings.
