Management has performed their evaluation and believes there are no unrecognized tax positions that are required to be disclosed. The Organization is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits in progress for any open tax periods. The Organizations policy is to classify income tax related interest and penalties, if any, in interest expense and other expenses, respectively.
