Any violations are brought to the attention of the concerned parties. Enforcement is enacted when a violaltion has not been remedied through appropriate legal options. Part II, Line 9: Conservation easements are recorded at zero valuation approach. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8b None of the committees have authority to act on behalf of the governing body. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b A copy of the preliminary 990 form is distributed to the organizations governing body prior to due date. The filing is reviewed and commented on by members and changes, if applicable are added or deleted from the filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Board members are questioned if any such conflicts exist and each board member is required to acknowledge annually that no conflicts do so exists. It is incumbent upon the board member to notify the organization if any potential conflict can exist with any vendor or other that will have a financial effect on the organization. The daily management of the organization is also charged with notifying the board about any conflict they become aware of. Also, each board member signs an annual attestation that no conflict of interest exists.
