I filed an extension with IRS for 2023 FY. Can provide documentation for the extension. If the filing is consider late, then it is due to the under resources we have as an org. We are mostly made up of volunteers and only one full time staff to manage all the local and national events. Plus as Treasurer, i volunteer my time to do the necessary work and sometimes my other full time job gets in the way of submitting this tax filing on time.
