Further, all officers and directors remain the same except on the position. The new Chairman is Frank Eliptico who replaced Frances Castro as she became a Director. Copies of Form 990 are distributed to all members of the organization's governing body before filing the said tax return. Any changes or revisions are relayed to each member for proper change or changes. Form 990, Part VIII, Line 1c Total non-cash contribution is $42,941 which is already included on the total Fundraising Event Contributions (2023 MINA Green Gala) for $87,280.
