The photographysession encompasses many aspects of photography such as classroominstruction on exposure, lighting, night-time photography, andprinting, etc. With the assistance of volunteer photographyinstructors, the veterans travel to various areas including Grand Tetonand Yellowstone National Parks to photograph nature, wildlife,mountains, rivers, sunrises, and sunsets. Near the end of the session,each of the veterans choose a few of their favorite photos to print,matte and take home. 50028 Fly Casting and Fly Tying Instruction & Fly Fishing Trips:The Fly Fishing Therapy Session encompasses all aspects of fly fishing with fly casting instruction, a fly tying class and workshop, education on river stewardship and the etymology of our region, and fly fishing trips on the beautiful rivers, lakes, and tributaries in Jackson Hole. This session provides the opportunity foreach veteran to connect with nature in a very peaceful environment. The skill and art of casting a fly is mentally therapeutic for the veterans as well as requiring focus on the use of gross motor skills.
