Providing programming for baseball and tee ball is our primary focus. The specially designed field was built for this program. The board approves the filing of the form and each member is allowed to take a copy with then for their board records. One copy is filed in the corporation book with the organization's papers. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c At each monthly board meeting, each member under Other Business is asked by the presiding officer of any conflicts related in any dealings the organization is involved in currently. The members are given the opportunity to speak in private but if a conflict is raised, the issue is brought before the board. Each time the executive director requires a bidding process for purchasing or enters into a partnership within the community, the information is provided to every board member and asked of any conflicts that may exist. The Executive Director does monitor all potential conflicts and complies with the organization's policy. We also are members of Guidestar where our 990 is posted for anyone to review. We have even had individuals post our 990 on Facebook for any one to review.
