They then present a slate of candidates to the membership. The membership votes on the slate of candidates at the Annual Meeting. Part VI, Line 7b Individuals who have signed the membership book vote in the Congregational Votes. These votes are for the Board of Trustees Standing Committees Annual Budget changes to the by-laws and any capital projects. Part VI, Line 11a Prior to submission the form is reviewed by the President and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees. It is then made available to all members. Part VI, Line 11b This will be posted on the members only section of the website Part VI, Line 12c The Board of Trustees requires all members to inform them of any conflicts of interest that arise after they have completed the annual form. If a conflict arises meetings of the appropriate individuals are held to determine the best way to handle the conflict. Part VI, Line 15 The Unitarian Universalist Association provides Fair Compensation Guidelines. These guidelines are used by the Personnel Committee as a starting point for all compensation decisions along with the Morristown Unitarian Universalist Personnel Policy. These guidelines take into account experience and geographic location. Part VI, Line 19 Morristown Unitarian Fellowship has a web site with a Members Only section that houses these documents. If members of the general public should want copies they will be sent upon request.
