In 2023 the chairs and other mobility equipment we distributed saved our clients $42,700 compared to what they might have had to pay if we didnt exist -- assuming they would have even been able to purchase a chair in the first place without our help. Part VI, Line 12c At each annual board meeting we obtain a list from each board member of all of their potential conflicts of interest and note any such items in the minutes of that meeting. During the year the Executive Director monitors all expenditures and contracts agreements that the organization makes and ensures that any potential conflicts of interest are identified and satisfactorily resolved. Part VI, Line 19 Our governing documents conflict of interest policy financial statements as well as IRS Forms 990 and 990-T are all useful documents for the public to understand the organizations policies and activities and consequently we include them on our website and provide them to anyone on request. Our financial statements are also handed out and discussed at our bi-monthly board meetings which are open to the public.
