We continued key programs designedto cultivate leaders across communities, businesses, schools, andchurches, with two primary emphases:a.Youth Leadership Accelerator: We continued our youthleadership programs and were able to host in-person camps again whichserved 2,775 people. Leader Academy was also a program launched in 2schools in 2023 which provided leader development materials toteachers who then incorporated it into their classrooms.b.Redemptive Leaders Initiative: We continued programs toincrease the capacity of business, sport, education, and church leaders to better serve their communities in the areas of leadership, financial stewardship, andtheological equipping tools. We also lead a program designed specifically for wome 431094 Community Development: 9,287 people impacted: In 2023, we continued backing communitydevelopment programs in communities across Costa Rica andGuatemala accelerating local priorities in the areas of Health,Education, Water/Environment, and Economic Development.a.Infrastructure: We continued investing in communitiesthrough a community-led program called Bless Your Community.Community leaders were invited to design and implement programs thatwould spur on flourishing within their communities. These projects,led and executed by the community and co-funded by ThriveWorx,served over 5000 people.b. Clean Water: We expanded clean water to an additional 700households equating to an increase of 4,235 people served. Thisprogram provides the additional benefits of offsetting tons of CO2 while increasing disposable incomes of marginalized households in firewood savings.
