Salary ranges for each position are set by the executive director, and approved by the Board of Directors. The Urban Conservancy is committed to paying fair wages and benefits to its employees. Salaries and salary increases are based on both the UCs and the individuals performance, and the prevailing market conditions. Performance is measured against the employees annual work plan. All pay changes are effective on the first day of the following full pay period. Retroactive pay changes may only be made with board approval.
