There were an average of 3 individuals receiving services under this program each month. 716212 0 252190 DECI provides ADVP and SEP-Long Term Follow services to individuals in Durham county through a contract with Alliance Behavioral Health a Managed Care Organization. ADVP is a work program designed to teach adults with developmental disabilities hands on job skills, appropriate work skills, communication skills and social competencies in an actual work setting so they can move into competitive jobs within the community. On average 24 individuals were served in this program each month. The Supported Employment Long Term Follow program provides support and on the job training to individuals who have a job in the community but require additional support to maintain employment. There were 19 individuals placed in jobs through the Work Adjustment program and 21 individual placements through Supported Employment for the Year. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Human Resources annually provides the Personnel Committee of the Board the National Executive Compensation Survey along with salary histories for the Executives. The Personnel Committee will review the survey and the company's financial health to determine if increases will be recommended to the full Board for approval. The full board sets the salary increases and ranges for the CEO and CFO based on recommendations from the personnel committee. HR will review Catapult's (formerly Capital Associated Industries) NC Wage & Salary survey to propose pay for all other positions, this is presented to the Executives for their approval. This survey is also used to propose salary increases based on the regional average. Proposals are submitted to the board each year during the budget approval process. The last review of salaries was in April 2024. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 All governing documents, conflict of interest statements, and financial statements are made available at management's discretion. Audited statements are provided to parties based on need and contractual requirements. Parts of the audited statement are available through Dun and Bradstreet. Upon request, the 990 is available for review at the company's offices during regular business hours.
