CEO executive director top management comp Part VI line 15a The Board of Directors annually reviews the performance of the CEO/General Manger using a confidential written survey rating performance in defined key areas, followed by a discussion at the Board Meeting, where goals and key areas are set for the following year. Salary is then determined using comparative data from the National Compensation Survey for Rural Electric Systems for the State of Kansas. This wage is determined from the National Compensation Survey for Rural Electric Distribution Systems prepared by NRECA. The General Manager reviews the performance of the key employees and sets the salaries within the guidelines of the Board approved policy.
