The school thought that the fiscal year end was June 30th when the school began. When we went to file taxes for the very first time, we learned that the school's default year end was December 31st which is not inline with our school year or budget. We are filing this short year for the time of incorporation to effectively change the fiscal year end to June 30th and will be filing a 2023 timely return.
