Examples of initial topics to be addressed are poverty and diversity. We began to develop educational resources that speak directly to minorities, focusing on a general virtual curriculum that has 8 modules. We completed 3 of the 8 modules and decided to assess whether to activate these modules, or to wait until the entire curriculum is complete.PROGRAM 2:We also developed a virtual healing retreat for educators of color, providing spiritual support for those on the front lines of education. We completed two of these retreats and served 10 members of the public.
