The form is provided electronically to each director and questions are answered in person or by email. It is reviewed by the President and signed by the Treasurer and President. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Each year, directors are required to complete a questionnaire that determines compliance with the organization's conflict of interest policy. The Secretary monitors and enforces that every member of the Board completes the conflict of interest form every year. The organization accepts board members' assertions at face value, unless something occurs to indicate otherwise. We have had no situations or report from others about potential violations. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Directors and officers are volunteers and receive NO compensation for this work. However, the organization's mission is to provide dance events, and some directors or officers are musicians. Occasionally, directors or officers who are musicians perform at events or manage large events. If so, they are compensated the same amount as other musicians or managers and such compensation is reported on Forms 1099-NEC.
