The new team of executive co-directors has been working diligently to identify the professionals to assist us in our accounting so we can file accurately and in compliance as a new non-profit. Given the circumstances we request that any penalties associated with our first year of tax filing be waived. We are currently engaged with CPA for the 2024 tax year.
