We are one of 4 fiscal sponsorships, and our artists are more or less focused on the performing arts. Schedule I, Part I, Line 2 For Urban Enchantment Trust Fund (UETF), each artist is paid in three different installments: two $2,000, and one $1,000 check. The artist goes through the UETF organization at the beginning, for their checkin, and final communications. Each time that happens, we are notified to send out payment their way, and either process a direct deposit through square, or fill out a physical check that the recipient comes in and signs out, and we record in square anyway. Each of these payments has a reciprocal stub that we have saved in our cloud files, as well as in a separate document outlining how much has been paid out, and how much is left to give, updated regularly. For Date Night, a similar process of recording expenses via receipt tracking and paystub recording is put into a document likewise showcasing how much has been spent, how much in grant funding remains, and how much we have left to contribute to the matching aspect of these funds. Form 990, Part III, Line 2 Received two major grants not obtained in prior year. 1) Urban Enchantment Trust Fund: Be a fiscal sponsor for 12 local artists who have projects ranging from trans luchadores to multimedia commentary on the lies of media itself. Received $10,000 to distribute $60,000 to these artists over the course of 18 months. 2) Date Night: Received a matching grant from the New Mexico Outdoor Council to showcase the state's natural beauty through a 6 episode series revolving around date ideas for people travelling the state. First $29,824 batch of funds received May 13 to help with production of first batch of episodes.
