None of the donations are intended, designed or otherwise a requirement of membership or a part of any dues. All donations are voluntary and designated for the intended educational scholarship program administered by the Foundation. Scholarship applications are solicited through he Wyoming High School Activities Association to Wyoming High School Seniors. Membership in the Wyoming Association of Rural Water Systems is not required.The Foundation sought and received a grant from the US Department of Homeland Security to further its educational purpose to conduct Cyber Security training to Wyoming water and or wastewater system personnel. The grant covers three years. The grant can pay for subject matter professionals to conduct training, site assessments and certification training/testing. Activities in these areas will begin in 2024 and continue in 2025 concluding in mid-2026 Other Expenses.1 Scholarships $2000
