It received confirmation of its status as a 501c3 private foundation on June 26 2022 along with approval of its grant-making procedures. It was funded 2021 but had no charitable activity because the agreement was still being negotiated with Scholarship America and the scholarship program had not been approved. This entity was the branchild of its former SVP who has now retired. New SVP and Treasurer Matt Brigham noticed the oversight of not filing the 2021 Form 900PF and immediately sought to rectify.
