We collaborate with neighborhoods to implement on-street design experimentation and transform a troubled intersection into one that is safe and welcoming for everyone. 9878 Rochester Street Films: This program features locally produced films and curated film clips, accompanied by live panel discussions, to help stimulate community conversations about the current state and future possibilities for mobility in Rochester. 3000 Transit Ambassadors: Reconnect Rochester hires paid ambassadors to conduct outreach to RTS bus riders to find out what's on their minds and their ideas for system improvements. In 2023, over 10 weeks, we surveyed over 200 riders, and presented the survey results with recommendations to RTS leadership.
