Expungment Tour Expungemnt is the process of clearing a criminal record so that it is no longer accesible to the public. This can open up a world of opportunities for people with criminal records, including getting a job, renting an apartment and getting a loan. X Block Expungement Services is a program of RAX Worldwide, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our Expungment Services are currently offered to individuals who have been criminally convicted in the state of Louisiana, for crimes that are in need of expunging. We do not expunge records for free. Rather, or organization facilitiates the expungement process by providing important information and alternative resources for future assistance, along with sponsoring and hosting events throughout the state that bring lawyers together with those who have criminal records so that they can obtain free legal advice or counsel going forward.
