Tom McClukrin who also sits on the governing board is the father of both Katherine Ringer and Margaret McClurkin. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Board members all receive copies of Form 990. I had the date wrong and thought this was due on June 15. Not necessarily a great excuse, but wanted to share my honest mistake.
