Regular Associate, Educator Associate, Student Associate, and Retired members shall have all the privileges of Active members except those of voting and holding office. Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b Special meetings of the Membership may be called by members representing at least five percent of membership by such members presenting a written request for a special membership meeting to the Secretary with an agenda of proposed topics of discussion. A quorum at any regular or special meeting of the members of the Association shall be five percent of the membership eligible to vote. A majority of the votes entitled to be cast by the members present at a regular or special meeting at which a quorum is present, shall be necessary for the approval of any matter voted upon by the Members.
