Visser. Dr. Visser is an internationally recognized authority on orca and has established research projects and studied orca all over the globe. The grant to Dr. Visser promotes the work of the Global Orca Charity to protect orca and their habitat through conservation, education and scientific research. The purpose for the grant to Dr. Visser is described in further detail in response to Part III, #28, #29, and #30.
