Outpatient psychiatric services offer a wide range of high-quality mental health services to patients as well as support for their families. We are deeply committed to the care of adults, adolescents, children and families. The submission of names shall be given to the CEO as well as the Board President. Any Director may be removed for good cause by a two-thirds vote of the full Board of Directors. No Director shall own real property utilized by the Center, except on approval of the Board of Directors and the individual Director shall not vote on the issue. No Director shall receive any compensation for his or her services in office, with the exception of reimbursement for actual necessary expenses incurred in the performance of his or her duties. Should the Board wish to purchase service from one of its Directors, the purchase will be approved by the Board and the individual receiving the remuneration shall not participate in board discussion or vote on the issue. The Board is empowered to define a non-financial conflict of interest situation involving any of its Directors and to take action regarding the voting rights or membership of the Directors in question. Should a Board Member or a member of their immediate family become a client of the Center, said Board Member shall take a leave of absence from the Board without surrendering their position as a Board of Director. Each year and upon entry to the Board, Board Members must complete a conflict of interest form disclosing any conflicts of interest that may exist.
