Any possible conflicts are disclosed at monthly Board meetings, and any necessary remedies are prescribed, including recusal of the member from participation in any decision related to the conflict. Annually the Board conducts a compensation review for this position by gathering comparative salary information from other local preschools and also consults with other industry salary resources. The Board then determines an appropriate salary level based on their review of available resources. This process, as outlined in the Organizations policy, was completed for the 2022-2023 fiscal year and adjusted for inflation and job duties.
