The Board members can discuss questions/comments in-person, via conference call and/or emailed communications. Once any comments/questions are resolved, the Treasurer obtains and retains emailed confirmations of final approval from Board members. Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c Each Board member must review the bylaws, and disclose any possible conflicts of interest, and sign a statement either disclosing the conflict or disavowing any conflict. The statement is reviewed by the Board Chairman and Secretary, and kept on file. Possible conflicts of interest are reviewed when choosing speakers, session topics, and before selecting any compensated sessions or guests of honor. In the event of any conflict, a differnt choice is made. Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 The Treasurer will provide governing documents, policies and financial results to the Public upon request. The Public made no direct requests for records in the last fiscal year.The Treasurer is also aware Forms 990 are placed on the Guidestar.org website, after submission to the IRS, which allows for public access of organization records/results without direct inquiries.
