Schedule A, Part IV, Section A, Line 4b The organization retains ultimate control over the disbursement of funds to supporting organizations. Schedule A, Part IV, Section A, Line 5a Rosedale Bible College, EIN 31-6081499, was removed as a supporting organization on June 30, 2023. The reason for removal was due to Rosedale Bible College's decision to discontinue providing a self-funded health plan benefit for its employees through the sharing mechanism provided by the Mutual Aid Sharing Plan. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan's Board of Directors took action to accept Rosedale Bible College's removal. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan operational agreement was updated accordingly. SpringHaven Inc, EIN 34-1585269, was added as a supporting organization on March 1, 2023. The reason for its addition was due to SpringHaven's desire to provide for its employees' health benefits through the sharing mechanism provided by Mutual Aid Sharing Plan. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan Board of Directors took action to approve the addition of SpringHaven Inc. The Mutual Aid Sharing Plan operational agreement was updated accordingly.
