For college students they must attend mandatory educational meetings each yearly quarter and complete two projects or cultural significant presentations for the general membership. For High School students they must assist the organization at two cultural significant functions For younger students the y attend these functions and receive an award upon attendance. Attendance and completion of the projects and presentations are monitored and tracked by the program chairperson and committee. Part VI, Section B, Line 1 Board members vote on administrative items brought up at the Board Meeting. Members' vote ratifies Board action and election of officiers. Part VI, Line 6 All members of the Society have voting rights. Part VI, Line 7a All members of the Society have the ability through their vote to elect or appoint one or more members of the governing body. Part VI, Line 7b All members of the Society have the ability through their vote to ratify of the actions of the governing body on an annual basis.
