Regular communication occurs among the trustees of the Permanent Trust Fund and the board of directors and management of the Star Island Corporation, and occasional meetings are convened when needed to discuss the Corporation's use of grants disbursed by the Permanent Trust Fund. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3 The Organization retains the service of a professional investment advisory firm, Wilkins Investment Counsel of Boston, MA. The firm has been delegated the day-to-day control over investment of the Organization's assets. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 The sole member is the Star Island Corporation. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a All successor Trustees shall be chosen by the membership of Star Island Corporation at a duly called and warned meeting thereof.
