Part VI, Line 19 Summary: If we do not hold an air show, like during Covid-19, we then have no expenses or income and we file the required 990Z or N if below the $50,000.00 threshold. If we do hold an air show and we do not have enough funds to cover the expenses, we use the cash basis of accounting and require additional sponsorship campaign's to raise the funds to continue doing the air show. Part VI, Line 1a We have a whistle blower policy in place. We have copies of the 990 form(s) available for public view, both at our office and our CPA's office. We have no branches or other entities. Part XII, Line 2c We have a finance committee, they develop the 990 and other financial information, then we compile and give all to our CPA, they review and sign-off on every return. We filled on 2-24-24 manually, did not know it had to be electronic, we do now.
