Several of the older members were asked to return to provide the leadership roles, such as President, Treasurer, etc. and the filing requirement for a Form 990EZ was not required when I was Treasurer in 2019 - the early 2000s. I am truly sorry for not filing the return timely but had no idea that the Form was required.
