Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b Most of the decisions and actions of the Governing Board do not require approval of the bondholding members. Approval of the bondholding members is required for membership dues increases and large expenditures over a certain amount. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Board members are provided a copy of the Form 990 and Form 990-T for their review and approval. The tax returns are filed after approval of the Board and signed by the President. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12 Although there is no written Conflict of Interest Policy, there is an unwritten enforcable Conflict of Interest Policy. The Board Members are required to disclose any conflicts of inrerest that should arise. This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure that there is no conflict of interest among the members of the Baord.
