The Board, acting through a selection committee, evaluates the academic, community service, and 4-H program achievements of all applicants. All applicants are interviewed by the committee. Funding is made to each selected student only upon submission of first semester grade reports from an approved tertiary institution. Grants for WCF sessions are processed under a formal evaluation system that includes a written application, preserved in our records, and a personal interview before the selection committee.
